Apprenticeships at SJP

Hear from some of our current and previous Apprentices as they share their favourite moments on their programme.

Our School Leaver Programme is a fantastic alternative to university and provides an opportunity to complete a funded and supported qualification whilst you work within one of our divisions, gaining on-the job work experience and training.

We employ our Apprentices on a permanent contract and have created a unique development programme – with support provided throughout from your line manager, our dedicated Early Careers team and the wider business

We offer Apprenticeships in various departments across our business. Qualifications will be tailored to your specialism and are delivered as blended learning, self-study and online.  Please note that the majority of our opportunities are based at our Head Office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

“My favourite part of the apprenticeship was that I was not overlooked for just being an ‘apprentice’ and could be trusted and given responsibility on important projects.

SJP is very supportive and make it evident that your personal development is important to them. Not only as an apprentice but once you roll off this continues which shows how much you are valued.”

Junior Investment Development Analyst
