Actions we have taken to support this includes: 

  • Working with our Community Networks to create safe spaces for support, learning, allyship, and driving change. These include our Disability and Neurodiversity Network, Professional Women’s Network, LGBTQ+ Network, Race and Ethnicity Network, and Working Families Group. 

  • Listening to the experiences of our community through our workforce engagement panel, focus groups and employee survey - the outputs of which help inform our inclusion initiatives. 

  • Supporting the development of diverse talent through our mentoring, coaching and leadership programmes.  

  • Celebrating our differences through our calendar of I&D events and recognising key religious and cultural days. 

  • Partnering with external organisations to share best practice, support, research, and resources. These include: The Diversity Project, LGBT Great, Stonewall and more.

SJPride Network​

Our LGBTQ+ network aims to support our LGBTQ+ colleagues, raise awareness, drive change, and create a safe community for all.​

Embrace Network​

Established to create an environment where minority ethnic talent feels welcomed, empowered, and supported. It is a safe space for discussion, debate, and challenge.​

Connect Network​

This network is a safe space for individuals with a disability, neurodiversity, health condition or caring responsibilities; as well as for allies and advocates to come together to network, debate, share ideas and drive change.​

Unity Network​

Unity is our gender equity network and aims to create a sense of inclusion, community and belonging for everyone at SJP, no matter their gender.​

Parents Network​

A community for parents and carers where employees can ask for and give friendly advice, and share information, resources and ideas. ​
